Raft Building and Racing

This physically engaging and problem solving team building exercise is best played at one of the Southern beaches; Sihanoukville, Kep or even Koh Rong. Or at Pnom Krom Ecovillage in Siem Reap.

In raft building, delegates are split into various teams and provided with equipment like bamboo and rope.

Teams must first sketch, then plan and finally build their raft. The highlight is the raft racing competition.

Before the race, teams test their raft and can do final fixes and repairs. In the race, teams must paddle their raft around a buoy and back to the beach.

The first team to cross the finishing line is the winning team.

This interactive and engaging team building activity requires planning, collaboration and craftsmanship.
