Jump Rope

Jump rope is a physically demanding team building exercise that encourages collaboration, dexterity and team coordination.

Two players must hold the rope on either side and swing the rope in a large circle in order for the rope to pass under the feet and over the head of the players jumping in the middle.

Up to 10 people can be jumping synchronically, as many times as they can. For a short activity of approx. 20 minutes, this game is usually played with 5 to 6 people jumping at the same time.
